GUIDED GROUNDING · MEDITATION · BREATH · SOUND
Come back to yourself.
Why Guerrero Grounded
Born from the work. Built for the people who carry it.
Guerrero Grounded grew from my 23 years in the fire service—from the fireground and training room to public education, policy, and leadership. I saw how often capable people were expected to carry enormous responsibility, absorb difficult experiences, and simply keep moving.
I created Guerrero Grounded to offer something practical in return: a place to pause, reconnect with yourself, and restore some of what demanding work takes from you.
Although this work is rooted in the fire service, it is designed for people and teams across high-responsibility environments. There is nothing to perform and no experience required—only an invitation to arrive as you are.
What to Expect
A grounded pause from the pace of demanding work. Guerrero Grounded creates restorative experiences that help people slow down, reconnect, and return with greater clarity. Each session is adapted to the people, setting, and purpose—and may weave together guided grounding, breath, meditation, sound, reflection, and the natural environment.
Intentional Structure
Each experience follows a clear arc, with enough guidance to feel supported and enough space to settle in.
Designed for the Room
Sessions adapt to the group, environment, responsibilities, goals, and accessibility needs.
Experienced Facilitation
Led with a lived understanding of high-responsibility work and years of experience guiding people through learning, reflection, and restoration.
Choice & Accessibility
No prior experience is required. Participants are invited to sit, lie down, keep their eyes open, move, or modify the experience as needed.
A session may include
Guided breath and body awareness
Meditation and reflection
Sound and vibration
Restorative stillness
Connection with the natural environment
Grounding, without the performance.
Guerrero Grounded is not about doing wellness perfectly. It is an invitation to notice what is present, choose what supports you, and experience restoration in a way that feels practical, respectful, and human.
